B: CME SCORE Registration: 

To receive CME Score, register at the link https://ircme.ir , then select the CASPIAN Meeting 2023 program with an individual ID of 193097 for the Main CASPIAN Congress,194507 for fetal echocardiography chapter, 194534 for Rhythm Abnormalities Chapter and 193089 for Nursing Chapter.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to the caspianheart.f@gmail.com

• Up to 14 days prior to arrival – 70% refund less 2000000 Rial handling fee
• Up to 7 days prior to arrival – 40% refund less 2000000 Rial handling fee
• Less than 7 days prior to arrival - No refund (but applicable to the upcoming event).
• The registrations with discounted prices are transferable but not refundable at any point of time.
• Refunds will be made in the third week after the completion of the conference.

Terms and Conditions:

• CASPIAN Scientific & Executive Teams reserve the right to make alterations to the conference programme, venue and timings at any time and for whatever reason, the conference is being postponed, cancel or the dates being changed, In any case, the organizers shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expenditure incurred by the delegate such as accommodations, flights, transportation costs, or financial losses. The organizing team will provide you with notice of the same (postpone or cancellation) and will offer you the choice of either a credit for a future event of your choice.
• CASPIAN Heart Foundation can use and disclose your name, affiliation and image in any materials, including conference website, promotional material in connection with the Conference or future conferences, without any compensation to you.
• For promotional purposes, photos and video recordings will be captured during the conference. Delegates/speakers who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should inform the organizers in writing prior to the event.
• International delegates are kindly required to complete their profiles in the website and pay in Euro on the spot for registration. (For more information, feel free to contact us.)
• All the residents and fellows need to bring an approval letter on the registration day signed by the head of the department.
